All material found on and/or within Sites is provided for educational purposes only; it may not be relied upon and it creates no relationship between the user (“you”) and SSC Homes, Inc. Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSC Homes and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, information providers, suppliers and licensees ("Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim related to or arising out of your access and/or use of the Sites as well as any claim related to arising out of your agreement to these Terms of Use.

Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SSC HOMES BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM, OR RELATED TO, THE LOSS, DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES, THE LOSS OF ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES, AND/OR THE INACCURACY OF ANY CONTENT, AND/OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS OF USE AND/OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CONTENT), IN EACH OF (A) AND (B) ABOVE WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE AND EVEN IF SSC HOMES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ALL EVENTS, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SSC HOMES FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS OF USE AND/OR THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CONTENT) WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO $5.00. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF SOME TYPES OF DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law
Your agreement to these Terms of Use, and any legal action pertaining thereto or arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any cause of action with respect to these Terms of Use, your agreement to be bound thereby, or your corresponding rights and obligations, must be filed in the County of Orange, State of California within one year after the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be barred.
